When Bridget Jones' lastest movie came out in 2016 we thought the much loved character had finally got her long deserved happy ending.
But now it seems there might be more to Bridget's story!
In a recent interview with The Talk, Bridget Jones actress Renee Zellweger revealed that a fourth film could be on the cards - and that the author of the books is writing a new one!
"Bridget Jones: The Menopause. No, I know Helen’s [Fielding] written the book, and I love this character. So, I mean, if they call me, I’ll go running." she said when asked about future films.
Based on the title 'The Menopause' it's pretty clear where in her life this story will take Bridget!
In previous interviews Renee has admitted she'd love to return to the role in the future.
"I really hope *for a return*. I do. I love her. She's so much fun. I really like the place she is at in her life, but it's Bridget and there's always going to be some drama. She's so perfectly imperfect."
Fingers crossed this happens sometime soon.
