Khloe Kardashian's latest Instagram selfie in which she sports drastically altered facial features has left shocked fans dubbing her "unrecognisable".
Waves of social media commenters analysing the reality star's "whole new face" suspect the 35-year-old has gone under the knife - and not for the first time.
"Khloe Kardashian is on her fourth face," one Twitter user wrote, referring to the amount of plastic surgery the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is alleged to have had done.
"What I don't understand is how you guys are gonna be like 'I don't see why Khloe Kardashian changed her face. She doesn't even look like her.' Didn't you guys literally call her the ugly sister?" asked another.
Khloe hasn't commented on the rumors herself, but did include a sassy caption with her Instagram post, perhaps pre-empting a negative response from the public.
"Location: Under bitches skiiiiin," she wrote.
