'What's going on!?': Michael Bublé flirts 'outrageously' with NZ 'Breakfast' host Matty McLean

“I know you’ll remember that electric feeling, right? There was something between us.”

Legendary New Zealand ‘Breakfast’ TV host Matty McLean has done it again.

Despite being on his honeymoon in Mallorca, Spain, Matty made sure to take a hot sec to share his flirtatious interview with the oh, so charming Michael Bublé.

In his Instagram post, Matty said: “Look, I know I’m technically on my honeymoon, but when @michaelbuble flirts with you during an interview, you flirt back.”

Sparks flew between the two the second the interview started, with both Matty and Michael sharing that they are huge fans of each other.

Matty then launched into his last interaction with the ‘Feeling Good’ singer when he toured the country back in 2014.

“We’ve had a connection before, and I know you’ll remember this,” Matty teased before telling Michael about the time they touched hands.

“I know you’ll remember that electric feeling, right? There was something between us.”

Michael then joked his wife is not a fan of Michael’s connection with Matty for one particular reason.

“In our most intimate moment, no joke, when we made our third child, your name literally came up,” the singer said obviously joking but deadpanned to the camera.

“She gets so mad because, at the best part, I just go: ‘MATTY’”

Talking deeper about their connection Michael explained: “I really think when you have that kind of connection and that kind of chemistry it’s just impossible to stop it.”

"You can stop a hurricane or drivin’ rain, but when you have something like this… Good luck!”

All flustered, Matty shared that he’s a newly married man - hence the gorgeous Mallorca honeymoon - and jokingly asked Michael if he needed to seek an annulment after their “outrageous flirting on national television”.

Quick to object, Michael said: “No, sometimes I just think about ya… I love being a part of your life and I love you being a part of mine, and I think we can just leave it there.”

Well, I think it’s safe to say that Matty has lived out many of our dreams in that interview, and don’t judge me, but I will be playing parts of it on repeat pretending the one and only Michael Bublé was talking to me.
