Mr Beast's Feastables Chocolate has been recalled NZ-wide after two reported allergic reactions

The famed YouTuber's chocolate has been sold in supermarkets throughout NZ.

A popular Chocolate brand among Kiwi kids has been recalled nationwide due to multiple allergic reactions after consuming the blocks.

As of the 24th of November, Famed Youtuber Mr Beast’s Feastables Milk Chocolate has been pulled from shelves due to the possible presence of an undeclared peanut allergen.

The recall is in place for all batches and dates of the brand’s Milk Chocolate bars.

According to the Ministry for Primary Industries, the product label does give a heads up, mentioning it 'may contain peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and wheat.' But despite the disclaimer, there have been two allergic reactions in New Zealand.

The chocolate has been sold in Countdown/Woolworths, FreshChoice and SuperValue supermarkets throughout New Zealand.

MPI adds: “People with a peanut allergy should not consume this product. If you have consumed any of these products and have any concerns about your health, seek medical advice.”

If anyone in your household has a peanut allergy, you should return the chocolate for a full refund.

However, if you are not allergic to peanuts, this recall won’t affect you.

So, if you have any of these chocolate bars in your pantry, be aware of who will be snacking on them and it's never a bad idea to double-check others’ allergies for good measure.
