Where do you call home?
I’ve lived in loads of different caravans and flats and houses independently since I turned 17, but I’ll always call my parents house - my childhood home, home. But really, home is where your heart is!
What inspired your song 'If You Ain't Looking'?
IYAL was written about wanting to follow my dreams and ambitions while being restricted by the COVID-19 Pandemic. A feeling of desperation and drive to go do the things you truly love!
What's your proudest musical moment?
Popstars Final Performance - Having the crowd sing the lyrics back to me. I knew in that moment that this is truly what I am supposed to be doing.
What's a Kiwi song you're loving at the moment?
Solar Power! I’ve been a huge fan of Lorde from her early days, and this track is something new & different.
What's one artist you would love to collaborate with?
If Frank Ocean ever came back, that would be a dream! But also - Bon Iver, Lady Gaga, and many more! I'm way too indecisive! But hopefully I’ll be able to tick some of those boxes sometime in my career!
