1. Preheat oven to 220 C
2. Combine the following dry ingredients:
2 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
¾ cup sugar
3. Combine the following wet ingredients to the dry, folding with a spatula until no flour is visible:
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup sour cream
¾ cup milk
¼ cup oil
4. Pour two tablespoons into cupcake cases in muffin tins.
5. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Take out of the oven and then wait till cool.
