Jase shares the new diet he is on, and his current results

It's Day 4 of Jase's new diet he has embarked on, Intermittent Fasting. He was dared to start the diet by one his daughter's boyfriends, and so far he has stuck to it. 

While he hasn't measured himself to see how the diet has worked on his physical appearance, Jase has revealed that he is sleeping a lot better at night. 

Remember Jase isn't a medical professional, and his results may vary from anyone else who is currently trying Intermittent Fasting.
