Not too long ago The Breakfast Club received a little message on Instagram from someone claiming to have been P!nk’s chef in the past. So Lana, Adam, and Paul sat down for a chat with Liz from Christchurch.
“Back in the days when I was working on Superyachts as a private chef, I was travelling around the world doing villas and estates and private and she came on board”
That sound like the dream! Just sailing around on a boat with P!nk, who Liz said would even sing acapella with the crew sometimes!?
Paul had the big question though… how do you decide to feed a superstar like P!nk?
Pink was a pescatarian at the time and had specific dietary preferences. Liz explained that she would communicate with P!nk and her guests regularly to get their preferences, then take to the shore to grab fresh produce to bring the meals together according to their tastes that day.
Liz also assured us that P!nk always had a real down-to-earth nature about her, from having everyone call her by her birthname (Alecia) to offering to help pick up some scattered items after they hit a rogue wave. P!nk even asked Liz if they could grab a photo…that’s usually the other way around with celebrities.
