JMac is running in the ASB marathon this Queen's Birthday weekend, but after falling off the training wagon - Coach Gary is keen to get him back up and running!
He's cut the length of the marathon from half to a quater, but Gary has another challenge before JMac before he even gets to the start line... The beep test!
At 7.30am on Friday the 17th of May - JMac will take on the test that every PE student dreads!
