A woman has been criticised online after admitting she plans to wrap her toddler's birthday presents up and re-gift them to her child for Christmas.
"We threw our daughter a 3rd birthday party for 15 kids and she got a lot of toys, some of which I put upstairs in the attic (because I wanted to bring her out a new toy each week)" her post began.
"Now Christmas is coming up and I am wondering am I being unreasonable to rewrap some of the toys she opened for her birthday to give them to her for Christmas?
"Will she remember unwrapping them the first time?"
People were quick to criticise the mum, with many calling her cheap.
"Unbelievable. You are trying to pass on other people's presents as your own. Tight as they come." wrote one person.
"People can argue it's sensible and she won't know all they like but you took presents given to her by others, that is bad enough." added another.
One person did stick up for her however. "It’s fine, I am doing it with my two. They don’t need more stuff but like unwrapping." she said.
Do you see a problem with this?
