Dad forces kids to power their video games with rowing machine

If you ever wondered how you get the kids active during the school holidays when all they want to play are video games and watch TV, look at what this dad did to get his kids moving.

YouTuber Jeremy Fielding took one rowing machine to a Wii system, and turned it into a devilishly clever power device that, when used while rowing, became a human-powered generator to keep the system going.

If they wanted to play their Wii device, someone needed to be breaking quite a sweat on the rowing machine. If you stop, so does the game.

Watch and see how he managed to put it together, and what the final effect was on his kids from mark 8.21.
