Broccoli lattes are the latest weird coffee craze but people aren't sold

If you've often thought about ways you could make your morning cup of coffee more nutritious, think no more because the broccoli latte is here.

Developed by CSIRO, the broccoli lattes are created by using discarded broccoli. The unwanted veges are ground down into a powder which is then added to the regular coffee.

On top making good use of waste, the coffee is extra nutritious. The researchers say that "two tablespoons of broccoli powder is equivalent to one serve of vegetables."

Feedback from coffee fans has not been positive so far...

Something tells us you might not be seeing this one for sale at your local cafe anytime soon...
