A survey from the UK has revealed that it is the younger siblings who are, on average, funnier than the older siblings.

The survey, done by YouGov, asked over 1700 adults to assess their personality traits based on their birth order.

While the survey revealed traits such as how the older siblings feel the burden of responsibility for their younger siblings, the results revealed that the youngest siblings are more likely to think they are funnier than their older brothers and sisters.

46% of younger siblings believed that they were the funniest, compared to only 36% of oldest siblings.
