Pizza might be a healthier breakfast for you than cereal says expert

A food expert has recently claimed that pizza might be a better, more healthy breakfast option than cereal (in moderation of course)!

"You may be surprised to find out that an average slice of pizza and a bowl of cereal with whole milk contain nearly the same amount of calories." the expert said.

"However, pizza packs a much larger protein punch, which will keep you full and boost satiety throughout the morning."

"Plus, a slice of pizza contains more fat and much less sugar than most cold cereals, so you will not experience a quick sugar crash."

It is worth noting, the expert says that you'll need to limit the amount of slices to 1 otherwise you risk binge eating pizza for breakfast. 

It's probably not something you want to make a regular habit of, but every once and while it's not that bad!
