This chef has gone viral on TikTok after sharing his simple hack for super smooth and creamy mashed potatos.
The man revealed that his number one tip is to use the potato skins and soak them in milk over a high heat - then add them to the rest of the mash!
The chef described the end result as being "creamy, smooth and packed with flavour."
