107-year-old grandmother says the secret to a long life is 13 cups of tea a day

Renee Glover was born on June 21, 1914, and recently celebrated her 107th birthday with cake, balloons, and, of course, tea. 

Renee has lived through a lot like two world wars, the Influenza pandemic, and most recently the Coronavirus pandemic but believes there is one hack to living a long life and that's drinking tea.

Renee is known around her family and friends for having over 13 cups of tea each day.

According to Penn Medicine, there are many health benefits of drinking tea. Some of the studies have shown that a variety of teas may boost your immune system, fight off inflammation, and even ward off cancer and heart disease.

Might just go make myself a cup of tea...
