Do you struggle to put your sleepy baby to bed, only to have them wake up the moment they touch the cot?
Lynda Harding is a mum but also a TikTok sensation for all of her regular parenting tips. Her most recent video has gone viral all over the world for her hack to help stop babies from waking up when you put them in their cot.
The mum-of-six demonstrates what she says is a commonly used but problematic technique with a doll.
"Putting your baby down so their head and shoulders touch the mattress first can give them the sensation of falling and trigger the startle reflex, even when they're sound asleep," Harding says.
"To remedy this, try putting them down so that their bum, back and then their head touches the mattress," she continues as she demonstrates.
Since being posted, the video received more than 33,000 likes and almost 400 comments from thankful parents who were keen to give it a try for themselves.
"About to try this now. She’s woken up the last four times I’ve put her down so here goes," said one person.

Who knows, maybe this little hack will make you have a restful weekend.
