A TikTok has gone viral after one multi-millionaire East Auckland family threw a birthday extravaganza for their 6-year-old daughter.
Manu and Deepali held their daughter's 6th birthday party over the weekend, but it wasn’t your usual 6-year-old birthday party….the theme, was none other than their daughter Rida’s favourite character - Peppa Pig.
No expense was spared by the family as no details were missed. Event organisers We Like To set up a giant Peppa Pig ice sculpture and a giant Peppa Pig family photo wall.
However, it doesn’t stop there. The viral clip posted by @jassi_nz shows four dancers in life-size Peppa Pig costumes dancing as you’ve never seen before with a mixture of Peppa Pig tunes and a perfect Bollywood dance routine!
It’s impressive how perfectly the dancers managed to stay on time while in those hot sweaty suits! We certainly wouldn't have been able to.
At the time of writing, the TikTok video has been viewed over 1.2 million times and has gained the attention of viewers from all over the globe.
The extraordinary birthday event has been praised online with one TikTok user commenting: “I want this at my birthday party.”
Someone else suggested it as a wedding party idea.
Another said, “I want to be there!”
“That's just beautiful,” a fourth added.
It’s very clear that the life-sized characters were a hit amongst all guests young and old and everyone online. So much so, that many shared what characters they’d love to see at their next children's party.
Suggestions to keep in mind for the next event are the newest kids TV craze, ‘Cocomelon’, the good ol’ classic ‘Teletubbies’ and of course Disney’s ‘Frozen’.
