You can't help but feel a bit of sympathy for Alyssa Konkel’s fateful trip to the gym.
It’s already a hard place to draw up the motivation to get to, but after this we’re guessing she’ll be second-guessing every time she walks through those doors.
It all began when Alyssa decided to hit the treadmill in her pink top and black gym leggings.
It wasn’t long before the treadmill betrayed her though, facing everyone's nightmare - falling on the moving belt!
Unfortunately it doesn't stop there as while she hangs from the handrails trying to pull herself back up, the belt decided to swiftly rip her leggings down to her ankles, leaving her partially exposed!
Trying to quickly salvage her dignity, Alyssa reached down to grab her leggings but ended up fully faceplanting onto the treadmill before being catapulted off.
Even though after the incident she made a quick exit from the gym, lucky for us she did return to get the footage.
Upon watching the moment back she discovered the culprit behind her epic tumble was a pesky shoelace that had come undone.
This treadmill fiasco has left her with a deep-seated fear of ever stepping foot on one again - but I mean, can you blame her?
"Now I'm really afraid of [them]."
So, next time you're at the gym, be sure to double-knot those shoelaces!
