America's Got Talent judge Simon Cowell has embraced a healthier and more natural lifestyle.
The 62-year-old has not been shy about his history with cosmetic procedures but has now admitted that he looked "like something out of a horror film" after going "a bit too far" with facial fillers.
In an interview with The Sun, Simon explained: “There was a stage where I might have gone a bit too far. I saw a picture of me from ‘before’ the other day, and didn’t recognise it as me first of all."
He also shared that his 8-year-old son Eric was in "hysterics" when he noticed the differences in his face, which convinced him to stop more treatments.
“There was a phase where everyone was having their faces pumped full of this and the other, he explained. “But actually, for me now, a lot of it comes down to healthy eating and drinking tonnes of water."
The judge was all smiles without any fillers at the recent Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards, alongside his fellow America's Got Talent castmates.
Back in 2019, Simon admitted he had overdone his Botox usage in the past, and had undergone a non-surgical “sewing bioplastic-infused thread” face-lift, which he said on reflection "hurt like hell."
