Adele absolutely broke down in tears after doing a gender reveal for a couple at her concert.
Shantelle and Chris Dare managed to sneak a sign asking Adele to do the reveal into Las Vegas’ Caesar Palace for the 'Weekends with Adele' show.
The British icon saw caught sight of the couple and kept her emotions in check during the actual reveal. After that, Adele could not hold back her emotions as she burst into a mixture of tears and laughter.
“That’s amazing I’m so happy for you,” she said after hugging the couple. “That’s so emotional, oh my God!”
“If and when I get pregnant will you do my gender reveal? At the shower, I’ll have you back and you can do it.”
“I was so honoured to do that. That was so lovely. I’ve got an 11-year-old boy and woohoo you’re in for a ride!”
Adele’s 11-year-old child is with her ex-husband, Simon Konecki, but she has made it clear she is keen to have another one with her current husband, Rich Paul.
Last year during an appearance on ‘The Graham Norton Show’, the ‘Rolling in the Deep’ singer made it known she’s got a bad case of baby fever.
“I want a baby next year,” she said. "I have plans next year! I have plans. Imagine if I have to cancel the (Las Vegas) shows because I'm having a baby.”
The emotional gender reveal is a bit different to Adele’s show stoppage last month when she reminded gig-goers of concert "etiquette" after the spate of bizarre items being thrown at artists of late.
Adele told the crowd in a TikTok clip: "Have you noticed how people are, like, forgetting show etiquette at the moment, throwing (things) onstage? Have you seen it?”
Hopefully Adele can have her wish come true and have a second beautiful baby!
