An old vid of the 'Friends' cast sharing what they love most about Matthew Perry has us sobbing

"I don’t know anyone who makes me laugh as much.”

Heart-wrenching footage of the cast from the 90s sitcom ‘Friends’ sharing all the things they adored about Matthew Perry has resurfaced following the star's sudden death earlier this week.

During a 2003 interview with Oprah Winfrey, the cast showered Matthew with heartfelt comments as they wrapped and said goodbye to their 10-season run of the show.

Jennifer Aniston led with what people may not have known about Matthew at the time.

She described him as "probably one of the most sensitive people as well as being funny and a genius.”

“He's a really strong, supportive, dear friend."

David Schwimmer praised the actor's comedic brilliance, saying: “Matthew’s hysterical. Some of the best lines are off-camera.”

The heartstrings really felt a tug when Lisa Kudrow shared her feelings about her friend and co-star.

“Matthew Perry is… I mean, I know it’s been said that he’s one of the funniest people but, I don’t know what I’m gonna do not seeing [Matthew] every single day, and laughing,” she said.

Lisa added: “That’s something I’m really gonna miss, 'cause I don’t know anyone who makes me laugh as much.”

Talking about her on-screen husband, Courteney Cox smiled from ear to ear, saying: “He’s just grown so much, he’s so strong and I just love him.”

Matt Le Blanc, one of Perry's closest friends among the cast, praised him for being “so razor sharp, and smart, and inventive and knows right where the funny is, I’ve learned a lot.”

“Kinda like his character on TV when there's a sensitive moment, he’ll crack a joke, but really he’s an old softie. He’s a good guy.”

After the passing of their close friend and co-star the core cast issued a joint statement on Monday night to address the ‘unfathomable loss’.

"We are all so utterly devastated by the loss of Matthew. We were more than just cast mates. We are a family," their statement to People reads.

"THERE IS SO MUCH TO SAY, BUT RIGHT NOW WE'RE GOING TO TAKE A MOMENT TO GRIEVE AND PROCESS THIS UNFATHOMABLE LOSS."

They continued, "In time we will say more, as and when we are able. For now, our thoughts and our love are with Matty's family, his friends, and everyone who loved him around the world."

The late actor was found dead in a jacuzzi at his LA home on Saturday at the age of 54.

An autopsy has been completed but the results are pending a toxicology report.
