Burnout is a common problem faced by many people, especially in today's fast-paced and high-stress world. It can be caused by a variety of factors, such as overwork, lack of control, and lack of support, and it can have serious consequences for both mental and physical health.

Dougal Sutherland is a Clinical Psychologist in Wellington. Chatting to Jay-Jay & Flynny, he explains those four key signs of burnout, what it takes to combat burnout, and what tools we can use to get back on track and start feeling like ourselves again.
