It's not uncommon to have a disagreement or two between your neighbours. But in Jay-Jay & Flynny's After Dark podcast, Flynny revealed an old neighbour of his at an apartment complex he lived at was the absolute worst.
Flynny's neighbour, an older gentleman, was an "absolute busybody" and a complete creep who was not liked by others in the complex. He was one of those unpleasant men who gossiped, made creepy sexual remarks to women, and complained constantly to Body Corporate. He even complained when Flynny accidentally took out his rubbish the day after street collection.
"He had already complained to the body corporate and someone came around to tell us off because our bin was out the day after because we'd forgotten. That's how crazy it was."
It escalated to a verbal altercation when the neighbour complained about the small party he had to celebrate Flynny's engagement. He berated Flynny in front of his six-year-old step-daughter Bella, yelling if he had received his complaint from Body Corp yet, swearing at him and blocking Flynny from getting into his car.
But it was when this neighbour said some less than friendly words to him that Flynny snapped - and it escalated...
